parametric structural design

This design studio aimns to teach students parametric design thinking, which fuses structur-al forms with space, function, traffic flow, and natural and cultural context with the help ofparametric tools. The task is to design an open theater, with full consideration of construction feasibility. lt covers around 200㎡ and works as a public social space in thevillage. Parametric design tool based on 3D graphic statics, CEM, is introduced to students in this workshop.
