Form-Making Process
The design of the open theatre starts from a basic prototype of smooth poly-hypar surfaces, a six-hypar surface, which includes six hypars sharing one point in the center. Through the surface subdivision, more variations can be achieved.
The vault faces the public space of Expo Park.
